Senior HR Recruiter

Role Overview: You will oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, joining, and exit formalities. Additionally, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives. Your role will involve handling employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions. Moreover, you will coordinate performance management and appraisal processes. Driving employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies will also be a key responsibility. Identifying training needs and supporting learning & development programs will be part of your role. You will be responsible for maintaining HR records, reports, and compliance documentation. Acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues is also expected.
