Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions Develop effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking) Screen résumés and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Provide hiring updates, insights, and market intelligence to stakeholders Mentor and guide junior recruiters on sourcing and selection techniques Optimize recruitment processes and support ATS improvements Participate in employer branding and talent outreach initiatives Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
