We are looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our TVS Two-Wheeler Workshop at Transport Nagar, Jaipur . The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining efficiency, and adhering to quality standards while effectively managing manpower and resources. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily workshop operations. Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of technicians and staff. Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and delivery of vehicles. Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and tools. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions. Monitor expenses and control operational costs. Prepare reports and update management on workshop performance. Requirements: Proven experience in managing a two-wheeler or automobile workshop. Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repairs. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle customers professionally. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
