Workshop Manager

We are looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our TVS Two-Wheeler Workshop at Transport Nagar, Jaipur. The role involves ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining efficiency, and adhering to quality standards while effectively managing manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily workshop operations.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of technicians and staff.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions.
• Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
• Prepare reports and update management on workshop performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a two-wheeler or automobile workshop.
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repairs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
