Import-Export Executive – Accounts Department Location : Thane, HO Department : Accounts & Finance Reports To : Accounts Manager / Finance Head We are looking for a detail-oriented Import-Export Executive to support our Accounts Department in handling all financial and documentation aspects related to international trade. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with customs regulations, manage payment processes, and maintain accurate records for all import-export transactions. Key Responsibilities: Handle accounting for all import and export transactions, including invoices, freight charges, customs duties, and taxes. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners for timely movement and clearance of goods. Maintain records of import-export documentation such as Bill of Lading, Shipping Bills, Purchase Orders, and Invoices. Reconcile vendor accounts and freight bills related to imports/exports. Liaise with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to streamline the flow of financial and shipping documents. Assist with statutory audits and provide necessary documentation related to international transactions.
