Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations and sales teams for replenishment.

- Ensure all products are properly labeled, coded, and stored under prescribed standards.

2. Warehouse Operations

- Supervise daily loading and unloading activities for Malaki products.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.

- Optimize warehouse space and ensure systematic stacking of finished goods.

- Oversee material movement and storage to prevent damage or product loss.

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.

- Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes before dispatch.

- Track shipments and ensure customers receive accurate and timely deliveries.

- Handle product returns and damaged stock documentation.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain up-to-date records of receipts, issues, and stock transfers.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

- Ensure proper documentation for internal audits and compliance.

5. Team Supervision & Coordination

- Supervise warehouse helpers, loaders, and drivers.

- Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales teams to fulfill dispatch requirements.

6. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.

- Monitor stock handling to minimize breakage and wastage.

- Report any incidents, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly to management.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheet.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualification & Experience:

Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management.
