Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Inward & Outward ManagementReceive all incoming stocks and verify quantities with purchase orders. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of products. Handle outbound processes including picking, packing, and dispatching to stores and customers. 2. Inventory ManagementConduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counts. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/System. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages immediately. 3. Stock HandlingEnsure safe handling of mobile phones, accessories, and electronic goods. Segregate defective, DOA, and return stocks properly. Maintain FIFO (First In – First Out) for all items. 4. Documentation & ReportingPrepare GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and other warehouse documents. Maintain clean and systematic filing of all documents. Share daily stock-in & stock-out reports with the management team. 5. Warehouse OperationsMaintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness inside the warehouse. Ensure proper use of racks, pallets, and storage systems. Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams. 6. Vendor & Transport CoordinationLiaise with transporters for on-time pickup and delivery. Ensure proper documentation during transit. Follow up with suppliers for delay/damage issues. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (Retail/Electronics preferred). Strong knowledge of stock handling and inventory management. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. :
