Job Description

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main liaison between clients, internal teams (dev, QA, Ops), and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Process & System Ownership: Build and optimize the entire delivery pipeline, from requirements to deployment, ensuring scalability and predictability. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers or issues that hinder the team's progress, acting as a servant leader. Resource & Quality Control: Manage personnel, budget, and timelines while overseeing quality assurance and standards. Strategic Growth: Understand client business needs to find opportunities for expansion and new solutions, acting like a small business owner for the account. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. Coordination: Liaising with carriers, drivers, and logistics teams for efficient transport. Dispatch Management: Monitoring and orchestrating stock assembly and dispatch to customers. Team Leadership: Managing and training warehouse staff, including delivery personnel. Inventory Accuracy: Ensuring stock levels match, preventing delivery delays. System Implementation: Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations. Performance Metrics: Meeting delivery deadlines, managing budgets, and quality standards.
