Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic senior hr generalist with specialized expertise in sales team performance management to join our organization. This strategic on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam focuses on optimizing human capital efficiency, driving recruitment excellence, and ensuring organizational compliance while maintaining a strong emphasis on sales performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance management frameworks, with specialized focus on sales team productivity and achievement metrics
• Design and execute performance appraisal systems, maintain detailed performance analytics, and facilitate strategic goal-setting initiatives
• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes with emphasis on sales professionals and non-technical roles, from sourcing to successful onboarding
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity regulations, labor law requirements, and coordinate internal/external audits
• Oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle documentation and optimize HRMS utilization for attendance tracking and payroll processing
• Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement strategies
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs for sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with minimum 1 year in performance management systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance management
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Local candidates from Kollam district or those committed to daily commuting to Irumbuppalam preferred
• Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and regional employment practices advantageous

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
