Senior HR Generalist

You will be joining our ambitious HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and your primary responsibility will be to attract top talent to our company through innovative candidate attraction strategies. Your key roles and responsibilities include: - Planning and implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy. - Developing policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing. - Conducting sourcing activities to fill open positions. - Performing analysis of organizational development to anticipate future employment needs. - Designing and managing recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews. - Reviewing employment applications and background check reports. - Building long-term relationships with past and potential candidates. - Managing candidate pools to ensure engagement with qualified candidates for current or future opportunities. - Administering and submitting all hiring paperwork for new employees. - Generating monthly updates for the company's leadership regarding upcoming talent acquisition initiatives. - Creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics. - Communicating regularly with the HR department to understand the company's hiring needs and organizational goals. - Working closely with department heads to address talent acquisition challenges creatively. - Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies. - Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Desired Candidate Profile: - Excellent academic achievements with good communication skills. - MBA in Human Resources is a must. - Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition. - Experience in CXO level hiring is preferred.
