The role involves planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns including web, SMM, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising. Performance of these campaigns needs to be measured and reported against goals such as ROI and KPIs. It is essential to identify trends and insights for optimizing spend and performance. Brainstorming new growth strategies and conducting experiments and conversion tests are also key responsibilities. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance landing pages and user experience is crucial. The position requires a strong analytical ability to assess the end-to-end customer experience across different channels and touchpoints, identifying conversion points and drop off points for optimizing user funnels. Collaboration with agencies and vendors, evaluation of emerging technologies, and providing thought leadership for their adoption are integral parts of the role.
