We’re looking for an HR Generalist who can combine empathy with efficiency and help us shape a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core HR functions including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Act as a friendly and approachable first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and empathetic support.
• Drive employee engagement activities to foster belonging, motivation, and collaboration.
• Support recruitment efforts — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HR policies, compliance requirements, and proper documentation.
• Partner with managers for performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll, or MS Office.
• People-first mindset with ambition to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
