Job Title: Customer Success Manager Job Location: Sonipat, haryana Company Name: Licks Petcare Private Limited Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our customers and ensure their long-term satisfaction and success. This role goes beyond support—it's about advocacy, engagement, and creating an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Own the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Build deep relationships with cat parents, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve desired outcomes using our products. Regularly engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to offer support, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships. Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to relay customer feedback and influence product development. Analyze customer usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement or upsell. Encourage happy customers to share their experiences through reviews, referrals, and success stories. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Empathetic and customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
