  • Job Roles.
    Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversees Our Customer Care Team.
    Manage and Train Customer Care Executives. Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet day to day deadlines.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Qualifications.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years' of customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
