About the Role

As a Solar Project Coordinator, your mission is to coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of solar installations for Australian clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. You’ll be the key point of contact between sales, design, admin, and installation teams across geographies.

Job Role

• 1) Manage the full project cycle from customer sale to final solar installation and grid connection
• 2) Coordinate with Australian clients, designers, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• 3) Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring targets are met
• 4) Handle grid connection applications and ensure compliance with Australian energy regulations
• 5) Resolve project-related issues and provide timely solutions to avoid delays
• 6) Track project progress and update CRM records accurately
• 7) Ensure all documentation, permits, and paperwork are completed as per Australian standards
• 8) Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better project efficiency
• 9) Support procurement coordination for material ordering and logistics
• 10) Conduct daily team check-ins and weekly review meetings
• 11) Stay informed about solar industry trends, technologies, and policy changes in Australia

What We’re Looking For

• 1) 2+ years of project management experience (solar/renewable energy preferred)
• 2) Familiarity with solar processes, CEC standards, and grid connection requirements
• 3) Strong communication and coordination skills for managing teams
• 4) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• 5) Proficient in using CRMs, project management tools
• 6) Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 5) Comfortable with early morning shifts (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST)
• 6) Exposure to working with Australian or international clients is a plus
