Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to advance our mission. - Oversee daily operations, including finances and program delivery. - Have regular interactions with stakeholders. - Build relationships with partners and represent the organization at events. - Provide children with education, coordinate their activities, and offer technical assistance for their laptops when needed. - Must have their own vehicle (Two wheeler) and valid driving license. - Support and guide staff, collaborate with fellow team members, engage in consistent interactions, and compile reports regularly. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Preferred: business administration, nonprofit management) - Experience in the nonprofit sector is a MUST (preference for the candidates who have been engaged with NGOs focused on serving visually impaired) - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office.
