We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes. Experience in the real estate or infrastructure sectors is an added advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive organizational growth through effective talent management. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Employee Onboarding and Engagement: Design and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. HR Operations: Manage HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Conduct workforce planning and provide insights on talent gaps and succession planning. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Develop and update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred. 6-9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in talent acquisition. Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and HR operations. Experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage. Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment. Knowledge of advanced talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Work Environment Full-time position with occasional travel for recruitment events or site visits (if applicable).
