, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals. You will play a critical role in

communication, performance management, employee grievance handling, stakeholder management, and business decision-making

, ensuring Opkey remains an employer of choice while scaling globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with Opkey’s business goals and growth plans.
  • Drive the performance management and appraisal process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and continuous feedback culture.
  • Provide strategic consultation on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Foster open and transparent communication across all levels to strengthen employee trust and engagement.
  • Manage employee relations and grievances with sensitivity, fairness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to influence business decisions through people insights.
  • Champion change management initiatives to support Opkey’s expansion and innovation-driven culture.
  • Lead programs on employee engagement, recognition, and retention tailored to a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance trends) and present data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to drive capability building and leadership development.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with statutory requirements, while supporting Opkey’s culture of inclusion and agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in an HRBP role (SaaS/IT/Product industry preferred).
  • Strong expertise in communication, performance management, stakeholder management, grievance handling, and strategy.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions through HR strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS/product company environment.
