Opkey, we are disrupting the space of ERP transformation testing by building an AI-powered No Code Testing platform for Enterprise business applications (like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S4Hana, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and the likes). We are seeking an experienced AI Product Leader with 12+ years of experience to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered ERP lifecycle optimization solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in artificial intelligence and enterprise software, with a proven track record of bringing innovative AI products to market. Experience with ERP systems is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Opkey's AI-powered solutions, including our ERP-specific domain SLM and agentic AI technologies Translate business requirements into product specifications and guide cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle Collaborate with engineering, data science, LLM and design teams to deliver high-quality AI products that address customer needs Work with domain experts to develop AI solutions that optimize ERP lifecycles Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement Stay current with advances in AI/ML technologies, particularly in NLP, agent-based systems, and enterprise automation Partner with sales and marketing teams to articulate the value proposition of our AI solutions to enterprise customers Lead competitive analysis and market research to ensure product differentiation and market fit Manage relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML products Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise AI solutions Deep understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs, NLP, and agent-based systems Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in B2B SaaS product management and go-to-market strategy Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in complex enterprise environments Good To Have Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and enterprise software MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field Knowledge of enterprise software integration challenges Understanding of service level management (SLM) in enterprise contexts Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and visionary leadership Deep technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications Strong product management fundamentals (market research, roadmapping, prioritization) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences Data-driven decision making Cross-functional leadership and influence Customer-centric mindset with empathy for enterprise pain points Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving field Willingness to learn about ERP systems and their specific challenges What We Offer Opportunity to lead the development of groundbreaking AI solutions in the ERP space Competitive compensation package including equity Collaborative and innovative work environment Professional development and growth opportunities Chance to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and shape the future of ERP management Skills: b2b saas,ai,strategic vision,cross-functional collaboration,leadership,enterprise,llm,enterprise automation,ml,roadmap development,product management,market research,stakeholder management,slm,nlp,agent-based systems,data science,erp,ai product management,ai/ml technologies,enterprise software Show more Show less
