🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead HCM Consultant/ HCM Consultant 📍 Noida / Bangalore/ Hyderabad | 🧠 10+ Years of Experience | 🌐 Hybrid Role At Opkey, we are disrupting the space of ERP transformation testing by building an AI-powered No Code Testing platform for Enterprise business applications (like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S4Hana, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and the likes). We are seeking a seasoned Lead HCM Fusion Consultant with over 10 years of overall experience and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering transformative HCM solutions, aligning technology with business goals, and driving process innovation. You will lead functional initiatives, contribute to strategy, and support the full lifecycle of HCM implementations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules tailored to business needs. • Act as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance on HCM best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. • Drive full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support. • Deliver functional and technical support to stakeholders and end-users, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in HCM processes and technology usage. • Mentor junior consultants and play a key role in knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 10+ years of total experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. • Proven track record of implementing and supporting 2–3 HCM modules, such as: o Talent Management o Benefits o Learning o OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) o Recruiting o Compensation • Hands-on involvement in 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. • Strong understanding of functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making. • Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable.
