Job Description

As a strategic HR partner, your role will involve driving discipline, professionalism, and high performance by aligning people practices with business outcomes. You will play a crucial part in eliminating internal politics, fostering accountability, and transitioning the organization from a family-like culture to a high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include implementing and enforcing discipline, attendance, and behavioral standards across the organization. You will also be required to detect, document, and address internal politics or toxic behaviors through a structured system. Additionally, you will facilitate performance reviews, development plans, and cultural feedback loops, as well as conduct training and coaching sessions to build professionalism, emotional maturity, and ownership. Aligning recruitment, onboarding, and rewards with performance and cultural fit will also be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on employee engagement, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, as well as knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices are essential for this role.
