In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, enabling high performance, driving people effectiveness, and building a strong, scalable culture. You will partner closely with leadership to solve complex people challenges, shape talent strategy, and support the growth of our rapidly scaling organization.

- You will partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and build people strategies that support growth and performance.
- You will solve complex people issues using data, insights, and sound judgment, helping leaders make better decisions.
- You will drive core HR programs for your Business Units (talent reviews, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, etc) ensuring seamless execution.
- You will design and lead interventions to strengthen culture, employee experience, upskilling and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a
Bangalore
-based role. We work five days a week from the office
, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Here are the basic requirements:
- You have
4-6 years
of experience in HRBP roles supporting fast-paced teams. - You have experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing decisions in a high-growth environment.
- You have a strong understanding of HR fundamentals and organizational design.
- You are comfortable handling ambiguity and navigating a rapidly evolving business.
