Job Description

As a Senior Growth Associate at our company, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong product instincts and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Your main responsibility will be to accelerate product adoption and user engagement by identifying growth levers, launching scalable strategies, and continuously enhancing the product experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and execute product-led growth initiatives to maximize qualified lead generation. - Utilize user feedback and analytics to implement product changes that enhance lead conversion rates. - Optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and engagement paths to increase leads. - Conduct A/B tests to improve lead capture effectiveness. - Run Marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and in-product lead conversions. - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align lead qualification and follow-up strategies. - Negotiate with partners and vendors to discover new lead sources and channels. - Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance. - Research the market and competitors to identify new lead growth opportunities. Qualifications: - 0-1 year of experience in growth, product, or performance marketing roles, preferably in a tech/startup environment. - Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing growth strategies. - Strong understanding of user lifecycle, customer journey mapping, and feedback loops. - Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, and metrics-driven culture. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product, or a related field. In addition to the above requirements, you should have: - Graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, or a related field). - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.,
