Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis. Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Contribute to the development and improvement of the design system. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UX principles and best practices. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Experience working on B2B products is a plus. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
