The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing day-to-day operations with a strong focus on both domestic and international sales strategy. This role demands a highly motivated professional capable of managing key accounts, driving business performance, and maintaining operational excellence across departments. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams across functions and geographies Lead and manage domestic and international sales operations to drive revenue growth Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with business objectives Drive both domestic and international sales initiatives, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis Manage high-value client relationships and act as a key point of contact for account management and client retention Maintain service excellence and compliance with company standards and client expectations Collaborate with leadership to support business planning, expansion, and strategic initiatives Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and product teams Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Experience 8+ years of sales and team leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical devices, with exposure to both domestic and international markets Proven ability to manage high-value B2B accounts and lead large-scale sales operations Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel as required for domestic and international business development Show more Show less
