Key Responsibilities: Work closely with CFO & Financial controller on all the direct cost associated with business Collaborate with business to understand all the direct costs associated with value delivered and working closely with FP&A team on reporting direct costs Drive Timely, Accurate, and High-Quality Month Close Analyzing monthly MIS and investor reporting for business along with operational metrics. Financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and data analysis using Excel and/or various reporting tools. Understanding B2B business like pipeline, booking, revenue recognition, and forecasting. Comfortable with Excel Formula, Pivots, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc. Preparation of variance analysis by actual v/s forecast and actual v/s Budget monthly across financial statements. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to understand monthly variances and using these inputs to arrive at reliable forecast numbers. Ensuring the effective presentation of management financials and budgets Preferably, having exposure to CRM / accounting tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, tableau, etc. Having experience in working with CXO’s.
