Finance Lead - CA What You'll Do: Lead Financial Strategy & Operations: - Own end-to-end responsibility for all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Inspire & Lead the Finance Team: - Mentor, motivate, and manage your finance team, setting high standards of excellence and accountability. Drive Accounting Excellence: - Oversee all company accounting activities using Tally ERP, ensuring robust and error-free financial records. Ensure Smooth Financial Processes: - Supervise invoicing, collections, payroll management, vendor payments, and cash-flow planning with efficiency and accuracy. Manage Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: - Expertly handle TDS, GST reporting, and reconciliations, coordinating proactively with CA and secretarial partners for timely regulatory compliance and filings. Maintain & Present Insightful Financial Dashboards: - Develop, analyze, and present MIS dashboards clearly and consistently to management and investors, enabling data-driven decision-making. Coordinate Legal & Secretarial Compliance: - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: - Engage seamlessly with other teams across the organization to streamline finance-related workflows and resolve day-to-day issues promptly. Who You Are: - Qualified CA (or equivalent) with at least 6 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting. - Expert in Tally ERP, with proven ability to lead accounting operations smoothly. - Technically Proficient with strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Docs. - Excellent Communicator, with strong English verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-Oriented Leader who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and achieving deadlines. - Entrepreneurial Spirit - comfortable with the dynamic nature of a startup environment, ready to roll up your sleeves and solve problems proactively.
