Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 10+ Years | Full-time
Reports To: CFO

About the Role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial management, tender finance, and statutory compliance for project-based operations. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with strong expertise in budgeting, tender documentation, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and financial tools
• Manage fund flow, reconciliations, audits, and MIS reporting
• Oversee tender finance, ensuring compliance with EMD, BGs, and contract terms
• Prepare cash flow statements, project budgets, and profitability reports
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and ROC filings
• Support the CFO in financial forecasting, cost control, and investment planning

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA preferred (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance may apply)
• 10+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or tender-based projects
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of government tenders, procurement, and contract law
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
