About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Designer / Manager to strengthen our digital storytelling across platforms. The role blends design, strategy, and communication — ideal for someone who can turn ideas into engaging visuals and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Design posts, reels, and short videos in line with brand tone and campaign goals
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with design, video, and business teams for timely execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or creative design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Graduate in Design, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and digital trends
• Must be based in Delhi NCR and open to travel
