Brief about the role: We imagine the Product Designer to contribute to productizing the entire journey of finding, selecting and financing the right college for students in conjunction with how colleges find and select students and banks fund the students. We want you to bring an unmatched student-centricity and focus on designing for the long term and large scale for a global student, university and lender ecosystem. Responsibilities: Understand customer journeys, problems, and needs. Document the same in a way that cross-functional teams can understand and use Work with product managers, owners and engineering team to understand problem statements and design products/features that are technically feasible Drive big picture and day-to-day execution of design work work across our products, from service design to high fidelity mockups Establish, track and own success metrics for design and user experience across all our products Help build the design organization in the company and manage/mentor junior designers Requirements: At least 4 - 6 years of product design experience An exceptional design portfolio showcasing both B2C and B2B work Solid understanding and experience in design research methodologies and design standards Practical experience in applying various UI/UX design principles Proficient in design software i.e Figma, Invision, Sketch Experience in understanding user psychology and passion for design thinking Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude Good to have: Experience designing for an international audience Experience in ed-tech or fin-tech domains Location: Gurugram Additional resources: 1.
