Core Responsibilities : Conceptualize and execute graphic assets like Digital Marketing Ads, Web-Pages, Landing Pages, Social Media Posts and so on in alignment with brand guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, communications and brands to research, develop and execute design ideas for performance, brand development and content marketing related works Build and refine a design style guide to drive consistency in execution Help recruit new team members and develop existing design team capabilities Learn and share new skills and best practices in design with the team Qualities and skills required: Inspiring portfolio of work 3-5 years experience in working as a Senior Graphic Designer, UI Designer or similar High level of proficiency with design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch,Indesign, Premiere Pro, Coreldraw, Design, Figma, or other similar tools. Knowledge of the latest visual elements, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics. Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts/ Communication Design /Graphic Design will be preferred but is not mandatory.
