• Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and timely financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets and cash flow statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Present financial reports (MIS) to management.

• Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on a monthly or quarterly basis as required.

• Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

• Payroll Processing:

Manage payroll including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, etc.

• Internal Controls:

Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and to protect company assets.

• Vendor Management:

Handle vendor invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

• 2–3 years of post-graduation experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as

• Sound knowledge of

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
