The Opportunity.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end closure process and review financial statements on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation of budgets/forecasts, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and present timely MIS and cash flow statements.
• Generate management reports covering sales, purchases, accounts receivable/payable, and expenses.
• Conduct bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Review payroll processing, payroll compliance, payroll registers, and tax computations.
• Contribute to transaction advisory assignments such as valuations, structuring, and due diligence.
• Provide accounting, statutory audit, and taxation support, with a focus on tax and legal research across diverse issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting; CMA/CA Inter preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or transaction advisory.
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, payroll, compliance, and taxation (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT).
• Exposure to valuations, structuring, and due diligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and financial tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with a problem-solving, collaborative mindset.
