About the Role – Company Secretary

We are looking to strengthen our Compliance team by onboarding a qualified Company Secretary who is passionate about supporting founders and businesses in their growth journey.

This role goes beyond routine compliance—it offers the opportunity to work closely with dynamic entrepreneurs and high-growth companies, guiding them through strategic decisions and enabling them to remain compliant while scaling. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our

clients’ governance structures are robust, risks are mitigated, and statutory obligations are met with precision and foresight.

The scope of work will be diverse and enriching, spanning –

• Company Law & FEMA compliance
• Due diligence
• Transaction advisory (including incorporations, share transfers, and
• issuances)
• Ongoing retainership services for statutory filings.

In addition, you will gain exposure to special projects such as ESOP structuring and drafting, trademark filings, and providing support for mergers and acquisitions.

This is a role that blends technical expertise with problem-solving and client engagement, offering you the chance to build strong professional relationships and contribute meaningfully to the growth stories of our clients.

THE ROLE

• Company Secretary (CS) degree with 2–7 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong exposure to transaction advisory, compliance retainerships, and special projects
• Prior experience in a PCS or law firm environment preferred
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, founder-facing setup
