Role Description

Qualified Company Secretary

• FC-GPR filings, FEMA/FDI compliances

• Share allotment, PAS-3, private placement compliances
• ROC annual & event-based filings
• Maintaining complete Board/Shareholder statutory records
• Managing end-to-end MCA, RBI, FEMA, and secretarial due-diligence documentation

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well-versed with Companies Act, 2013, and capable of independently handling secretarial audits, investor due diligence, and share capital/FDI related matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS)

• Minimum

  2–5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience

• Mandatory experience in

  FDI, FC-GPR, FEMA 20(R)

• Hands-on experience with

  MCA V3 portal

  , RBI FIRMS portal
• Must have independently handled

  Due Diligence

  , Secretarial Audit, and Statutory Registers
• Strong documentation, drafting & compliance tracking skills
• Excellent communication & coordination with auditors, bankers, investors, regulators
