Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify future talent needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
