Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing UAE online marketplaces (Amazon.ae, Noon, etc.), specifically in the Furniture & Home Décor category. The candidate should be skilled in cataloging, advertising campaigns, advanced Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to drive growth using marketplace insights and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

· Manage daily operations on Amazon.ae, Noon, and other UAE marketplaces.

· Create, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, keywords, and enhanced content (A+).

· Ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate stock visibility, and order fulfillment coordination with logistics and factory teams.

Advertising & Promotions

· Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads, PPC campaigns, and Deals across marketplaces.

· Monitor and analyze ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to maximize efficiency.

· Strategize seasonal campaigns and platform promotions to increase sales for furniture & home décor SKUs.

Reports & Analytics

· Generate regular reports on sales, ad performance, returns, product trends, and competitor pricing.

· Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data models) to track performance.

· Recommend actionable insights to boost visibility, conversions, and revenue.

Account Health & Compliance

· Monitor account health metrics including product ratings, customer feedback, and platform penalties.

· Handle claims, returns, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Coordination & Website Support

· Work closely with dispatch, design, marketing, and management teams for smooth operations.

· Support updates on the company’s D2C website (banners, collections, offers, etc.).

Required Skills

· Experience in UAE ecommerce portals: Amazon.ae, Noon.

· Hands-on expertise in Ads Manager, Sponsored Ads, and CPC bidding.

· Advanced Excel skills for analytics & reporting.

· Strong knowledge of Furniture & Home Décor category cataloging.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data & marketplace trends.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

· 2–4 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in Furniture / Home Décor brands.
