Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management:

  Oversee the overall performance on eBay, TikTok, Tesco, etc., focusing on marketplace compliance and sales growth.

• Marketplace Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  Ensure all marketplace activities comply with rules and guidelines, staying current on policy changes.

• Competitor & Market Analysis:

  Conduct ongoing research into competitors, pricing trends, and market demand to inform pricing strategies and promotions.

• Sales Performance Tracking:

  Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and reports to improve profitability and marketplace performance.

• Advertising & Promotions:

  Manage & monitor campaigns to maximize visibility and sales. Create and execute promotional strategies to enhance marketplace presence.

• Product Launches:

  Coordinate the listing and promotion of new products on marketplaces, ensuring all details are correct and the launch aligns with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1-3 years managing any seller central and seller hub, focusing on sales performance and advertising.

• Technical Skills:

  Basic knowledge of PPC and other strategies with an understanding of marketplace analytics.

• Analytical Ability:

  Strong skills in data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting to drive growth.

• Communication & Problem-Solving:

  Professional communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving marketplace challenges.
