Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Support:

  Assist in monitoring performance on Amazon, supporting initiatives that aim to improve sales and ensure compliance with marketplace standards.

• Marketplace Compliance & Policy Support:

  Help ensure that marketplace activities align with rules and guidelines. Stay informed on basic policy updates and escalate any issues to senior team members.

• Competitor & Market Research:

  Support the collection of data on competitors, pricing trends, and customer demand to assist in shaping pricing and promotional strategies.

• Sales Performance Monitoring:

  Assist in tracking sales data, compiling KPI reports, and helping analyze trends to support performance reviews and strategy adjustments.

• Advertising & Promotions Support:

  Help manage marketing campaigns by scheduling promotions, gathering creative assets, and reporting on campaign performance.

• Product Listing & Launch Coordination:

  Assist in preparing product listings and supporting the launch of new items on marketplaces, ensuring key information is accurate and consistent.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce support role or similar, ideally with exposure to online marketplaces or digital marketing.

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central. Comfortable using Excel or other tools for basic reporting.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Interest in working with data to identify trends and opportunities, with a willingness to learn more advanced analysis.

• Communication & Problem-Solving:

  Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to team problem-solving efforts.

Timings:

• Monday to Friday

12:30 to 9:30 PM (April-October)

1:30 to 10:30 PM (November-March)

• Saturday

10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (alternate off)
