Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end product listing across various e-commerce platforms. Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing. Handle inventory uploads, pricing updates, and order management. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and improve platform performance (conversion rates, sales, etc.). Handle returns, queries, and complaints via platform dashboards. Track platform trends, algorithm updates, and promotional opportunities. Liaise with platform category managers for campaign placement and offers. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
