We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets to support data-driven decision-making in both the pharmaceutical and finance functions. The role involves generating insights, improving data quality, and creating dashboards and reports that guide business and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze financial, operational, and pharmaceutical datasets to identify trends, variances, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Support compliance reporting and audit data requirements in alignment with pharma regulations.
• Build and automate data models to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Present analytical findings to management with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in integrating new data sources and improving data management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 + years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the pharma or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and business reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced level), and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and data extraction tools.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational data structures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data modeling, forecasting, or statistical analysis using Python.
• Knowledge of pharma regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
• Exposure to financial reporting tools or systems (e.g., SAP BI).
