Own the narrative on social performance, creating insightful weekly/monthly reports that tie social metrics (impressions, CTR) directly to business outcomes (leads, ROAS, pipeline value). Identify and proactively recommend new social opportunities, ad formats, and budget shifts to grow client performance and agency retention. Required Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in paid social media, with at least [3 years] in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Expert, hands-on proficiency in the full suite of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) tools and strong working knowledge of other key social ad platforms.
