As a skilled Business Development Manager (Import-Export), your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the import-export industry. You will be dedicated to expanding global reach and enhancing import-export operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Acquisition: Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the import-export industry. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and assess competitor activities. - Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotations to address client needs and secure new business. - Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Client Management: Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, providing excellent customer service and support. Roles you may handle include: - Sales Representative - Market Analyst - Proposal Writer - Negotiator - Relationship Manager Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international trade, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of international trade terminology and Incoterms is a plus. Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with performance incentives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, with proficiency in English language. The work location is in person.
