What You'll Be Doing:

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client closing.

• Lead Generation:

Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in services-based business development.

• Proven B2B Sales Experience:

  Significant experience in a Business Development role, preferably within a digital agency or IT services environment.

• Full-Cycle Sales Mastery:

  Expertise in all stages of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.

• Technical Familiarity:

  A solid understanding of popular web technologies and platforms (e.g.,

  WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, Shopify, custom development

  ). You don't need to code, but you must know the landscape!

• Tool Proficiency:

  Experience with popular CRM and

  lead generation tools.

• Communication:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and client-focused approach.
