This role goes beyond analytics; you will lead the development of strategic initiatives grounded in evidence, enabling smarter investment decisions and operational improvements. Responsibilities: Strategic Insight & Business Decision Support Lead the translation of complex datasets into clear, actionable business strategies across investment, finance, and operations. Develop and own financial models, market frameworks, and decision-support tools to shape growth and investment priorities. Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on your data analysis. Advanced Analytics & Data Visualisation Build advanced dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL (BigQuery), and BI tools to monitor key metrics and trends. Leverage structured and unstructured data to conduct deep-dive analysis across property valuations, market trends, and performance benchmarks. Cross-Functional Influence Collaborate with senior stakeholders across investment, operations, and finance to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. Present findings and strategic options clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor and lead junior analysts to elevate the analytical capabilities of the broader team. Process Optimisation & Innovation Recommend improvements to existing workflows, systems, and reporting mechanisms that enable faster, more strategic decision-making. Champion data governance and adoption of modern data tools within the organisation. Essential requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategic Analyst, or similar role in high-growth, data-rich environments. Strong academic background—Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL (BigQuery preferred). Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and market analysis. Strong grasp of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Proven ability to convert insights into commercial strategy and business recommendations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or high-growth industries is highly desirable.
