Key Responsibilities
As a WS practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients overcome their transformation challenges by developing their compensation strategies through analysis of industry benchmarks, company policies and culture, and employee performance. As part of the team, you will support in preparing job architecture framework, executive pay packages, Incentives design, equity valuations, compliance and regulatory requirements, and financial planning and reporting.As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
- Be a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Rewards domain such as: Broad-based Compensation, Executive compensation, Benefits Design, Incentive Pay Design, Job evaluation & Job Grading, Regional rewards analysis, Equity Compensation
- Interpret market and organizational data to assess the business impact of compensation and rewards decisions, ensuring alignment with client strategy and long-term value creation
- Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks and methodologies that align with the business strategy and vision.
- Engage with client leadership to translate workforce insights into actionable business recommendations, demonstrating the link between people strategy and performance outcomes
- Lead and evaluate business data to draw conclusions and develop insightful Rewards strategies and solutions

- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management
- Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years in Total Rewards
