Sales and Business Enablement
Sales and Business Enablement (SABE) within GSEC is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting and business enablement support to the enterprise. The objective of the SABE Performance Reporting and Insights team is to ensure that Consumer, Commercial and Merchant businesses have timely and accurate reporting, insights and forward looking actions to help drive business performance.
Role Name: Reporting & Analytics
Purpose:
Enable data-driven decision-making and enhance productivity across the enterprise by delivering best-in-class reporting, actionable insights, and predictive forecasts that drive strategic and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive performance reporting and insights
to enable the leadership team and business units to evaluate and drive business performance effectively.Collaborate with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners, and senior stakeholders
to eliminate friction points, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights aligned with key business objectives.Understand complex operational systems and business intelligence ecosystems

Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.Postgraduate degree

Past Experience
4–10 years
of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
, with strong knowledge of data visualization, automation, and advanced analytics
