Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize broad set of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation & insights.
  

• Develop next generation products & algorithmic solutions for network partner analytics.
  

• Independently partner with regional stakeholders to recommend solutions and deliver actionable insights.
  

• Ideate, identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work.
  

• Enhance the data analytical and capabilities infrastructure.
  

• Expand usage of data-backed decisions/products/data science in strategies and identifying opportunities with potential to scale

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst or Data Engineer, with hands-on experience on BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI. Exposure to Capability development and BI Automations will be a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
  

• Preferred: Post-graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  

• Familiarity with predictive modeling and advanced AI/ML algorithms is a plus.
