Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliation.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and customer billing cycles.
Manage bank reconciliation, fund flow statements, and petty cash records.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Monitor inventory valuation, cost sheets, and assist in budgeting and cost control.
Maintain accurate data in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and generate MIS reports.
Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for compliance and audit purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing / engineering environment.
Proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of statutory compliances, payroll, and tax procedures.
Good analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
