Job Title: Plasma Operator Experience: 3 – 5 Years Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Industry: [Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication / Engineering – customize as needed] Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and experienced Plasma Operators with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC plasma cutting machines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading technical drawings, ensuring high-precision cuts, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting machines efficiently and safely. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan cutting operations. Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust cutting parameters. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Plasma Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication setup. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and cutting layouts. Hands-on experience with CNC plasma machines (mention specific models if known). Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Physically fit and able to work in a production environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training in CNC operation or mechanical trades.
